We hired 4 bikes for my wife, 2 daughters and myself and received a 1st class service from Adrian. The quality of the bikes was excellent and Adrian spent time showing us some excellent routes to ride. Unfortunately we got a puncture which we attempted to fix but it went again 15 minutes later near Brockenhurst. We rang Adrian and within 15 minutes he drove out to us and attached a new wheel and we were off and away again. I would throughly recommend Newforest bikes for an all round brilliant experience.
