I have got to back-up all the great reviews already on trip advisor. My wife and I hired two bikes to go off-road cycling for two days in mid June 2021. Linda and Adriaan were super-friendly and helpful and could not have been more professional. The bikes were great and came with helmets, lock / pumps and backpack/s. Adriaan had his own route from Lymington into the forest [which he shared via Strava] , We spent most of the day on off-road routes through the forest cycling to, and around, Brockenhurst. The route was brilliant and despite having holidayed in the New Forest for many years we found parts we had never seen before. On the second day we took it easier and cycled around the Lymington salt-pans doing a bit of bird-watching with our expert in-laws [really!]. We were blessed with great weather and the whole experience was really memorable. Huge thanks to New Forest Bikes for a great service - I highly recommend them.
